"I am really excited about teaching this class. I love food and always thought that was my "flesh" fighting against the Spirit in me. What I have learned is that food is not my enemy but rather, how I look at it was. I have learned to see food in a new light and use it to build my body, the temple of the Holy Spirit, so that I am healthy and able to do whatever the Lord calls me to do, unhindered by an unhealthy body. My prayer is that the students participating in this class will also come away with a new perspective on the food that they put into their bodies and see good nutrition as a way to prepare themselves for all that God has planned for them."
Belinda McCafferty
Belinda has served in many capacities such as children's ministries, teacher at Kingdom Daycare in Athens, AL, and as the field trip coordinator at LGA. She studied at Calhoun Community College.
